Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve Bruker’s People Analytics strategy on a global scale across multiple regions, ensuring alignment of metrics and data, defining priorities, and shaping a roadmap that supports our growth and transformation.

  • Develop custom automated reports and dashboards to streamline Bruker’s data needs in SuccessFactors, SAC (SAP), and iCIMS.
  • Develop a roadmap to transition existing reporting tools into more integrated solutions while maintaining delivery to internal customers.
  • Partner with HR leadership to translate business questions into analytical models and insights to understand workforce trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Lead initiatives to strengthen and safeguard data integrity – collaborate with HR partners, IT, and HRIT to ensure data quality across HR systems.
  • Develop and implement advanced data techniques to support workforce planning, compensation modeling, and demographic analytics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR partners by delivering clear insights in a compelling, data-driven manner.

  • Several years of hands-on experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HR Data Science roles using SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems is required, and expertise with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • A resourceful and collaborative mindset.
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo and approach learning with a continuous improvement mindset.
